Refund Policy

At I Need Swag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your merchandise, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must also be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Custom or personalized merchandise.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer service team at info@ineedswag.ca to initiate a refund request.
  • You will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@ineedswag.ca

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account or credit card provider.
